We travelled from Rpsslare today after travelling on the ferry from Wales. we were on the new motorway when we saw a sign for Kilmeaden and this pub. We were tired and hungry and decided to sample the food. wow, it was just what we needed. good wholesome quality food that left no room in our stomachs for a dessert. it was really busy with good atmosphere and we can see why. we had to comment on this as we feel this pub should be on the map for people to go anf try for themselves.you will really enjoy it. Had to comment on this pub as it has possibly the best seafood pie i have ever tasted. My partner had a seafood chowder and both were delicious. Fantastic value for money, a wonderful charming pub with a casual relaxed atmosphere with very nice local clientele and visitors alike. ill definately be passing back via this pub again.well done mr and mrs william stubbs
