Used to go here then found them getting bit expensive. Went back last few months found it ok. But went back last week and bottle of wine gone from €12.95 to 14.95. When I asked they told me it was the 2% var increase. I thought the days of rip off had come and gone. 2% is about 25c. Not €2. Anyway said nothing but 8 of us left and won't be back for drink. Not all negative their food is good.

People this is not a forum!! The pub is a nice place with nice food and drink. The staff are excellent both in the pub downstairs and in the restaurant upsatirs. The food is very good although it took a wobble for a while a few months back. Chowder was poor for me on two occasions running. I hear its good again I'll return for a meal.

its a fab place food in bar is very good the resturant ilprimo up stairs is out of this world i have been around the world and you just cant get a better pub and resturant staff are brill an

I agree with Mrs K. The bar staff here are hot.The welsh guy speaks with a cork accent now concidering he spent so long in wales. Cant wait for the Ireland/ Wales match.when he's dressed in the welsh flag..Just hope nick will behave

Wonderful Bar.Great sports coverage on all the big screen tvs. You can watch any game and listen to the backround music playing at the same time.Card games are played there often, sometimes you could have 3 or 4 tables playing at the same time. There's always plenty of decks available. The guiness is just excellent, so too is the coffee, as one local taxi driver has told me.

a very nice bar to visit, i love going there for a rugby match, whether its ireland or munster, there is a great apmosphere for the rugby. there is also a welsh barman so wales matches can be entertaining also. bar staff are brilliant. very friendly, funny and lets be fair.... some of the lads are hot Dennis, JP, Nick and co. Tony doesn't know how good his staff are !!

A grand place for a pint or two, provided you don't have LISTEN TO THE LOCAL BLING BLING, NEVER WENT ANYWHERE, BEAUTIFULLY INTELIGENT CREW!!!!! SITTING AT THE ROUND TABLE HALF WAY DOWN THE BAR
