Great bar man workin Sunday night must have been fifty in the place no one waiting for a drink ,best bar man iv seen behind any bar i was in!!!!! PHIL JOHNSIE

THIS IS THE MOTHER PUB OF IRELAND. EVERYTHING YOU NEED UNDER 1 ROOF AND NEVER A DULL MOMENT. CARLSBERG DONT DO PUBS. BUT IF THEY DID, IT WOULD HAVE TO BE THE HILLTOP. CHECK IT OUT!

since the pub got taken over in april it has been the best pub around.. lots of good music,djs and parties. friendly staff, great atmosphere. should def visit

under new managment for a while now this place is great craic and not the dark dirthy pub it used to be. its all new has live music they even a courtesy car to bring you home. great mix of people and really buzzing on weekends.and the staff are cute too!!!!!!

Hilltop is alright for a social few. if there is a party going on its the best spot in Carlow - where the pub is located. If not you make your own craic as the employees behind the counter are more likely to be reading the Farmers Independent than talking
